Post 2nd Wave Relief – Reaching the Needy with Ration, Milk & Immunity Kits
After the devastating second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, many families were once again pushed into uncertainty and hardship. In response, Yash Sewa Samiti (YSS) swiftly resumed its relief efforts to support the jobless, daily wage earners, domestic workers, and vulnerable families with essential supplies.
Relief Kits Distributed:
With compassion and urgency, YSS volunteers distributed:
- Dry Ration Kits – wheat flour, rice, pulses, oil, sugar, tea
- Milk Packets – for growing children and malnourished families
- Hygiene Kits – soap, sanitary napkins, toothpaste, toothbrushes, masks
- Immunity Kits Ayurvedic – containing Chayavanprash, Syrup bal kwath, sansamani vati, anu taila
These kits were designed not only to fill empty stomachs but also to help families stay safe and boost immunity during this critical phase.

“Kaam chhut gaya, bacha kuch nahi tha… lekin YSS ne fir se samay pe madad pahunchayi. Doodh aur kadha mila, bache bhi surakshit hain,” said a domestic help who received the support.

While many were exhausted and helpless after the second wave, the YSS team stood stronger than ever, working tirelessly to identify families, verify their needs, and deliver support with dignity and care.
