A meaningful step towards women empowerment and sustainable livelihood was taken when Hitachi Lift India Pvt. Ltd. collaborated with Yash Sewa Samiti (YSS) for a special employee engagement program dedicated to uplifting women from the community.
Under Project “ROZI ROTI” – Livelihood Mission, this initiative aimed to create opportunities for women to become financially independent through skill-based training.
Employee Engagement with a Purpose
The employee engagement program brought together corporate professionals and community women on a common platform. It was not just an interaction, but a shared vision to create real, lasting impact.
Employees actively participated, motivating and encouraging women to take a step towards self-reliance.
