Yash Sewa Samiti (YSS) took another significant step toward women empowerment by inaugurating a Beauty Assistant Course at the YSS Centre under Project SABLA. The program is being conducted in collaboration with Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS).
Skill Development for Self-Reliance
The course aims to equip women with practical skills in the beauty and wellness sector, enabling them to explore employment and self-employment opportunities. Participants will learn:
- Basic beauty and grooming techniques
- Skin and hair care practices
- Professional salon skills and customer service
Creating Opportunities for Women
Through this initiative, women will gain hands-on training that can help them:
- Work in salons or beauty centres
- Start their own small businesses from home
- Achieve financial independence and confidence
Impact in the Making
The inauguration of this course marks an important milestone in YSS’s commitment to skill development and livelihood generation. By providing practical training and mentorship, the program aims to create sustainable opportunities for women in the community.
When women gain skills, they gain confidence—and when confidence grows, communities thrive.
