On the occasion of World Environment Day, 5th June 2025, Yash Sewa Samiti (YSS) organized a plantation drive at Sector 6 Park, Dwarka, promoting environmental responsibility and community participation.
Planting for the Planet
As part of the initiative:
- Around 50 saplings were planted in the park area
- 30 additional plants were distributed to residents and visitors, encouraging them to nurture greenery in their surroundings
The activity highlighted the importance of trees in improving air quality, supporting biodiversity, and creating a healthier environment.
Active Community Participation
The drive saw enthusiastic participation from YSS members including Sarita Bhatia, Sushma Bhandari, and Kapil Digga, who actively engaged with the community and encouraged people to take responsibility for protecting nature.
